Obtaining AGC Badges
Through the Club
This year AGC
has changed the way it issues badges.
To get AGC
membership/access for 2010 you will need a current Goddard Gun Club
membership card for 2010. When you join the club you will receive
your membership card at that time.
The easiest
way to get your membership renewed and get your membership card is
to submit your application and dues at a Club meeting. Otherwise,
you can send it via mail (with payment) to the on-center address
indicated on the membership form.
Once you have your 2010 GGC Club Card you can go to the range any
time and have the Range Safety Officer issues your AGC badge.
Be aware that
new Club/AGC members will need to view the AGC orientation video and
have a range walk thru at the time they receive their badge so plan
time accordingly. Please contact John Habert (Club AGC Rep) at
agcrep@goddardgun.org to coordinate this.
Note: You must
remain a member of this Club or another AGC club throughout the year
to retain your AGC badge. If you leave NASA (other than retirement)
and/or don’t retain membership in GGC or in one of the AGC Clubs,
you no longer qualify to hold an AGC badge.
No Guns, Ammo or Powder
on GSFC
Please be
aware that private firearms, ammunition and gun powder are NOT
Authorized on GSFC. Being a member of the Goddard Gun Club
does NOT bestow any special privilege to posses these items
on Center at any time.
